The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department arrested an Avon, Maine woman for operating under the influence early April 1st, 2019. One Jenna Neal was apprehended just past 8 AM monday morning having been deemed under the influence of drugs or a combination of substances. Operating under the influence is a class D misdemeanor in the state of Maine.
Neal faces a mandatory $500 fine, as well as having her license revoked for a minimum of 150 days.
Neal was released on $500 bail. She is due in court on May 8th 2019.
