The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department apprehended a Shawmut, Maine woman in the early hours on Saturday, April 13th. Officer Ethan Boyd of the Carrabassett Valley Police Department arrested a 24-year-old, Kaitlin Overlock, on three different class D crimes. Charges include criminal mischief, criminal trespass, and assault.
Overlock’s bail was set at $500, and she was released on bail at 12 pm that day.
She’s due in court on June 4th at 8:30 am.
Individual class D crimes either result in less than a year in prison or probation for no more than a year. Fines may also be charged amounting to between $300 and $2,000.
