On Saturday, April 13th, Husson Softball will be raising awareness for ALS as they are dedicating their North Atlantic Conference doubleheader versus Thomas College to a very special member in the softball world. They will be honoring, Noel Levasseur.

Levasseur had been coaching softball for 25 years until he was diagnosed with ALS on November 7, 2017. He has spent the last two-and-a-years fighting for a cure.

Two current players, Arika Brochu and Bri Brochu, were lucky enough to have been coach by Levasseur.

Please join Husson softball and the Husson community on April 13th at the John W. Winkin Sports Complex, to help raise money for Noel to live a more comfortable and manageable lifestyle which will allow him to continue to be a voice for those who cannot.

The schedule of events is as follows:

– 2:00pm – Lunch
– 3:30pm – Ceremony
– 3:50pm – Coaches / Umpire Meeting
– 3:55pm – National Anthem / Announcements
– 4:00pm – First Pitch vs. Thomas College
